President

Brad

Brad has 20 years in the printing industry. He earned his degree from The University of Kansas. Prior to Blue Chip, Brad's background included sales & marketing management stints with Procter & Gamble, Pepsi-Cola and General Electric. Brad's professional experience gives him a unique perspective into his client's business goals and challenges...better positioning Blue Chip to be a great business partner. Brad loves spending time with his family, friends and everything KU!

Office Manager

Mary

With 21 years in the printing industry, Mary has past sales and client services experience with Xerox and IBM. Mary received her BA in Business from The University of Iowa. Mary's engaging work-style allows Blue Chip's daily operations to run smoothly and efficiently. Mary enjoys traveling with her family and friends and trips to the dog park with her Brittany’s Max and Hank.

Operations Manager

Stephanie

Stephanie has 10 years experience in our industry, six of those years with Blue Chip. Starting in client services and steadily gaining additional responsibilities, Stephanie's skills and drive have elevated her to her current role as Operations Manager. She also manages our client services team and assists with warehouse & fulfillment management. A recent homeowner, Stephanie loves camping, spending time outdoors and now, decorating her home.

Production Manager

Mark

Mark is a 32 year seasoned industry expert in the printing industry. He manages all off-set and bindery production for the business. Additionally, Mark assists with our warehouse & fulfillment process and inventory management. Mark and his wife have three children who stay very busy and active. Mark loves to follow the Chiefs and Royals, manning his grill and is in constant search of the perfect "buffet."

Graphic Designer ⁄ Digital Printing Manager

Cindy

Cindy has 22 years experience in the printing and graphic design field. Cindy earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The University of Kansas. Cindy manages all electronic file work, graphic design and digital production for Blue Chip. Her skill sets produce eye-catching results for our clients. Cindy is an Air Force veteran who enjoys gaming, reading, playing the trumpet and hanging with her pups, Bailey & Maddi.

Graphic Designer ⁄ Marketing Manager

Carl

Carl has 25 years experience in the graphic design, print and photography industries, along with 10 years developing digital marketing strategies.

Carl earned his BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Central Missouri.

Carl's responsibilities are to maintain the graphic design and production standards for Blue Chip and to manage the digital marketing aspects to help Blue Chip fully engage with its' client base.

Carl holds a Nidan rank blackbelt in both

Shotokan and Shorin-Ryu karate-do and has competed on the national level.

Sales ⁄ Account Manager

Shannon

Shannon is an 18 year veteran of the printing industry. Shannon's vast client services experience and knowledge provides him a unique point of view in helping solve his client's business challenges. Shannon has his Bachelor's degree in Print Management & Commercial Graphics from Pittsburg State. He and his wife are always on the go with their two children's sports and activities. In his free time, Shannon enjoys fishing and anything outdoors.

Client Service Representitive

LaShaun

LaShaun has over 25 years in client services, finance & accounting and customer service. LaShaun has a Master’s degree in business administration and a Bachelor’s degree in business management. Her education and background have allowed her to work with and interact with people on every level. LaShaun’s background includes working for UPS for 25 years, which has allowed her to gain different skills and more in-depth knowledge about business and the supply chain. These skills are a great contribution to the Blue Chip team. In her free time, LaShaun enjoys KC 2-stepping, music, eating out and spending time with her family.

Client Service Representitive

Abby

Abby is a recent graduate from Pittsburg State University. She earned her Bachelor of Technology in Graphic Communications with an emphasis in Management and a Minor in Business Administration. Abby is one of our fantastic customer service representatives dedicated to serving clients with efficiency and a smile. Outside of work, she enjoys country concerts and spending time along side of her Irish wolfhound, Birdie.
