President
Brad
Brad has 27 years in the printing industry. He earned his degree from The University of Kansas. Prior to Blue Chip, Brad’s background included sales & marketing management stints with Procter & Gamble, Pepsi-Cola and General Electric. Brad’s professional experience gives him a unique perspective into his client’s business goals and challenges...better positioning Blue Chip to be a great business partner. Brad loves spending time with his family, friends and everything KU!
Office Manager
Mary
With 28 years in the printing industry, Mary has past sales and client services experience with Xerox and IBM. Mary received her BA in Business from The University of Iowa. Mary’s engaging work-style allows Blue Chip’s daily operations to run smoothly and efficiently. Mary enjoys traveling with her family and friends and hanging out with her four grandkids.
Director of Operations
Stephanie
Stephanie has 18 years’ experience in our industry, twelve of those years with Blue Chip. Starting in client services and steadily gaining additional responsibilities, Stephanie’s skills and drive have elevated her to her current role as Director of Operations. She also assists with warehouse and fulfillment management. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys hanging with her boyfriend, cat Houdini, camping and spending time outdoors.
Production & Warehouse Manager
Mark
Mark is a 38 year seasoned industry expert in the printing industry. He manages all printing and bindery production for the business. Additionally, Mark runs our warehouse & fulfillment process and inventory management. Mark and his wife have three children who stay very busy and active. Mark loves to follow the Chiefs and Royals, manning his grill and is in constant search of the perfect “buffet.”
Graphic Designer ⁄ Digital Printing Manager
Cindy
Cindy has 29 years experience in the printing and graphic design field. Cindy earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The University of Kansas and manages all electronic file work, graphic design and digital production for Blue Chip. Her skill sets produce eye-catching results for our clients. Cindy is an Air Force veteran who enjoys gaming, reading, playing the trumpet and hanging with her dog Maddy and cats Liam & CJ.
Sales ⁄ Account Manager
Shannon
Shannon is an 26 year veteran of the printing industry. Shannon’s vast client services experience and knowledge provides him a unique point of view in helping solve his client’s business challenges. Shannon has his Bachelor’s degree in Print Management & Commercial Graphics from Pittsburg State. He and his wife are always on the go with their two children’s sports and activities. In his free time, Shannon enjoys fishing and anything outdoors.
Digital Production / Graphic Designer
Max
Max is originally from France and brings five years experience in both the printing and graphic design industries to his role at Blue Chip, where he works as a Graphic Designer and Digital Production Associate. With a can-do attitude and a passion for creative problem-solving, Max specializes in developing modern, eye-catching print designs while ensuring each project meets the highest standards of quality. Outside of work, Max enjoys working on cars, traveling, and exploring new places and experiences.
Client Service Representitive
Emleigh
Emleigh brings five years of experience in the logistics industry before transitioning to the printing and promotional products industry in November 2024. In her current role, Emleigh works closely with clients to provide exceptional customer service and assist with their printing and promotional product needs. In addition to her customer service responsibilities, Emleigh supports our warehouse and fulfillment operations. Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive, “go-getter” attitude make her a valuable member of the team and play an important role in delivering a positive client experience. Outside of work, Emleigh enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, son, and two cats, Peanut and Bean. She also enjoys hiking, visiting farmer’s markets, coffee shops, baking, and traveling.
